We collect information you provide directly when creating an account or using the service: your name, work email address, and company name. Employee profiles may include job title, team, department, date of birth (optional), phone number, and address. We collect attendance data (clock-in and clock-out times) and leave request details (dates, leave types, reasons). We also collect technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system, as well as usage data describing how you interact with the platform.
We use your information to create and manage your account, provide attendance tracking and leave management features, and generate AI-powered HR insights and reports. We also use it to process subscription payments, send service-related notifications and account updates, respond to support requests, and improve and develop the platform. We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, hosted in data centres with industry-standard physical and technical security controls. All data in transit is encrypted using TLS. Data at rest is encrypted by our database provider. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your data is permanently removed from our systems. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Clocki uses the following third-party services to operate the platform: Supabase (supabase.com) for database storage and authentication; Lemon Squeezy (lemonsqueezy.com) for subscription and payment processing; and OpenRouter (openrouter.ai) for AI-powered features and insights. Each of these providers processes data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing those policies if you have concerns.
Depending on your location and applicable data protection law, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data, request deletion of your data, object to or restrict how we process your data, and request a copy of your data in a portable format.
