Cookie Policy

This policy explains how and why Clocki uses cookies, and how you can manage them.

Last updated: 27 June 2026

What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device (computer, tablet, or phone) when you visit a website or use a web application. They are widely used to make websites work more efficiently, to remember your preferences, and to keep you securely logged in between sessions. Cookies cannot harm your device and do not contain executable code.

How We Use Cookies

Clocki uses cookies to provide core functionality of the platform. Specifically, we use them to keep you securely authenticated between page loads, to maintain your session state so you do not need to log in on every page, and to remember basic preferences within the application. We do not use cookies for advertising, behavioural tracking, or cross-site tracking.

Types of Cookies We Use

We use two categories of cookies. Essential session cookies are required for the Service to function correctly. They are set when you log in and expire when you log out or after a period of inactivity. Without them, you cannot remain logged in to Clocki. Authentication cookies are set by our authentication provider, Supabase, to manage your secure session. These are necessary for verifying your identity and ensuring only authorised users access your organisation's data. Neither category contains personally identifiable information in the cookie itself.

Third-Party Cookies

Our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, may set cookies during the checkout and subscription management process. These cookies are used solely to process your payment securely and manage your subscription session. They are governed by Lemon Squeezy's own cookie and privacy policy, which we recommend reviewing at lemonsqueezy.com. We do not use any other third-party cookies, including Google Analytics, advertising networks, or social media tracking pixels.

Managing Cookies

You can manage, restrict, or delete cookies through your browser settings. All major browsers allow you to view existing cookies, block new cookies from being set, delete cookies at any time, and allow cookies only from specific websites. Please note that disabling essential and authentication cookies will prevent you from staying logged in to Clocki and may cause the Service to not function correctly. Instructions for managing cookies in popular browsers can be found in the browser's help section or on the browser's official support website.
